If you are using MySportTraining for Pocket PC or MySportTraining for Smartphone and are looking for more exercises to strengthen core muscles, improve your posture and prevent injuries, here is Exercise Series 3: Ball exercises, which adds 30 illustrated exercises (5 in trial mode) into MySportTraining, to exercise the following:
shoulders
pectorals
abdominals
back
buttocks
legs
This series includes ball exercises, some of them using free weights, and are automatically integrated into the muscle chart, giving you more choices to work on specific muscle groups. The original exercises that are bundled within MySportTraining fully remain available.
The series only occupies 128 KB, and can be installed in memory or on a storage card, independently of the location of MySportTraining itself. You can also uninstall the series without impacting any of the data you have entered nor the bundled exercises.
Additional exercise series (also illustrated in color) are available to add variety to your workouts and focus on specific areas: General Fitness, Plyometrics, Flexibility, Abs and Back, Legs and Buttocks, Arms and Shoulders.
Installation note: the exercise series require MySportTraining 5 or newer.
