Vacation Track allows the user to monitor the vacations or holidays booked by one or more people. Based on the yearly vacation entitlement and the allowed carry-over from one year to the next, the entitlement, used and remaining holiday is calculated. The main features of the software are:
- Calculates vacation allowances for multiple categorised people.
- Each person has a standard yearly allowance and maximum carry-over from one year to the next.
- Allowance for individual years can be overridden. Includes ability for a person to buy-back days in each year.
- Automatically calculates vacation days used and allowance at the start of a new year.
- Calculated used days for an individual vacation can be overridden.
- Enter a list of public holidays (repeating or non-repeating) which will be used to modify calculated days used.
- Start of holiday year can be on any day of the year.
What's New in This Release:
· Vacations can be named and this can be optionally displayed in place of the date range.
· Some improvement in speed.
