BPtracking for HanDBase - A blood pressure tracking application. Does your doctor have you tracking your blood pressure at home? This application automatically enters the the date and time, you just enter the systolic and diastolic reading (i.e. 120/80, etc). Two optional fields are also present to record pulse and the "conditions" of your BP measurement. (e.g. measurement taken after: waking, meal, exercise, etc.) Also, several common activities are included in a pop-up for the "conditions" field.) Run a report on the systolic and diastolic fields. View the highest and lowest readings, as well as, your average blood pressure.
