VocalExporter - allows you to compose wave sound files with custom speed setting. Select 'New' from the toolbar to open the exporter. Tap the button to record your voice and tap again to stop. You can select the speed of the sound file (1-200%) and tap the 'Export' button to playback and record the new voice.
