If you are missing languages (or only have a few), go to your phones settings, VOICE INPUT & OUTPUT SETTINGS, TEXT-TO-SPEECH SETTINGS. Click on "Install voice data" and pick all the "Pico TTS" languages that you want. There is English, English (UK), French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
