myConsultant is an app designed with Direct Sales Consultants in mind. It will make the check-out process more professional by streamlining the calculations. Your customers will be impressed with your efficiency and you will love how simple it is to use. It will make it easier for you to focus on what really matters; your customers, hostesses and recruits.
This app is being released in phases and with this first installment comes a quick and easy to use product total calculator called "Quick Calc". Just released is the second phase which includes a Mileage / Expense log to help keep track of all your tax deductible mileage and travel expenses (ex. tolls/parking).
*** Tablet Bug... There is a known bug that affects the Vehicle Expenses Section on Tablet's only. I'll have a fix ASAP. ***

The "Quick Calc" calculates:
-Product Subtotal
-Shipping
-Tax
-Discounts
-Grand Total
-Commission
Vehicle Expense:
-Track tax deductible mileage
-View Year-To-Date, Last Year, and custom dates entries
-Track expenses like Tolls and Parking fees
-Database is auto backed up to SD Card.
-Database is auto restored after reinstall or data clear
Handy features include:
-Move app to SD Card
-Custom made calculator to enter in totals. (no need to use another calculator to add products together)
-Discount Calculator to quickly figure out percentages off.
-Shipping Percent, Sales Tax and Commission Percent are saved between sessions.
-Every time any value is changed all totals are re-calculated
-Option to Hide your commission if you want to keep that private.
-Personalize the look by changing the background image of the "Quick Calc".
-A Check Box to selected to either tax or not tax shipping
-Square, the app that allows you to accept credit cards on your Android device, is integrated. Square must be installed on your device to use this feature. You will be taken to the android market if you click on the menu option "Checkout w/ Square" and you don't have Square installed.
-Look up tax rates by zip code with
zip2tax.com
. In the menu options tapping "Lookup Tax" will redirect you to zip2tax website.
