Those interested in the development of the Wii homebrew scene better check this out: there's a new homebrew game that's ported to the Wii, called Ballion. It's actually based on an old Commodore 64 game, Crillion, and another version of the homebrew is coded for the PS2.
So what is this game about? Basically, you just need to destroy the blocks by letting the ball touch it. But you can't fully control the ball, you can only direct it to go left or right.
Of course, like other current Wii homebrew, you'll need the Twilight Hack to get this to work on Wii consoles. As for the controls, you will need to use a GameCube Controller to play the game, but it's possible that you can also use the Classic Controller as well.
Audio isn't enabled in this Wii homebrew for now, but it may be included in the near future. If you want to try this out for yourselves, you may download the game from the download link below. Remember, you'll need to use the Twilight Hack to get this to work, so better read up about it before to try to load this game into your Wii.
