The dev duo of Cboomf, Felix123 are announcing the release of v0.24a of their Wii Web Server homebrew. As its name implies, this application is a basic web-server for your Nintendo console.
It's still in the early stages of development, though it is constantly getting updates. Its latest release contains several bug fixes, and can now handle links. To quote the developer's most recent batch of changes:
* alpha v0.24a
o Fixed the main page hyperlink to //a
* alpha v0.24
o Changed /a to //a and /quit to //quit to avoid conflicts
o Request parser rewritten, now quicker and more streamlined
* alpha v0.23
o Now doesn't have to restart the server to serve more than one page (i.e presseing B then A)
o Quitting the server is from a server path of "/quit"
* alpha v0.22
o Handles links
The Wii Web Server can be booted using Team Twiizer's Wii Homebrew Channel. Quitting is done by typing "//quit" at the end of the web address you currently have loaded. Like the previous release, this file does not include a readme, so you may want to visit Cboomf and Felix123's Wiibrew site for further details regarding this homebrew.
