Added a frame counter while recording or playing back a TAS movie.
Forced the GC/Wii to poll from the inputs at regular intervals.
Disabled frame skip in record/playback mode.
This helps the emulator to be determinate.

Update several of the other languages.
Fix those pesky DSPIntUtil.h compiler errors.

we did some minor code fixings and cleaning was what we did most.
there are also some blend fixes, njoy & wiimote changes and some really minor speed hacks. omegadox also added an option to show the projections value
