Any issue not related to video display and playback or bluetooth is most likely GeeXboX-related, not Wii port-related. Please test with mainline GeeXboX devel version (available in 'Announcements'). If the issue persists, report in 'Bug Reports'.
Issues related to video display are probably the result of imperfections/limitations of current Wii linux and may or may not be resolved when new versions of Wii linux come out.
