Wii Homebrew - Wiibrew - news and downloads - Image 1A new Wiibrew program is out from Wiibrew developer Nuke, author of the Gecko Region Free program. This new program is called the Wii Update File Extractor (the acronym is catchier: WUFE). As the name suggests, it extracts all update files from a Wii DVD game (system WAD files, IOS files) to an SD card. Makes sure to go through the readme before using the program.

Homebrew developer Michael Laforest (aka para) has rolled out a new build to the application Wiiuse for the Nintendo Wii console. The release fixes bugs, adds improvements, and brings this nifty program up to version 0.11.
For those not so familiar with Wiiuse, it is actually a library written in C that connects with several Wiimotes
