Exercise Log for HanDBase - This applet provides a handy little way to record all your exercise times: what type of exercise, duration, time started and stopped, whether you warmed up and cooled down. It provides a note field for recording how you feel after exercising. If you're a Weight Watcher, you can record the amount of activity points you've earned and if you will use those points towards food.
