SapphireBattery
Battery power is not infinite. It is important to ensure that your users don’t find themselves without any battery power right when they need it the most. The Sapphire Battery Utility allows you to read the current battery level and inform the user whether the device will require recharging. This will ensure the user can plan ahead and keep the device charged up.
You can download the latest demo version to see a fully working demo which you can reuse within your application as you see fit. This can be found on the download pages. The demo versions are fully functional and simply contain a popup message from time to time. These are ideal if you are selling your application to the client where you can be confident the application will work in practice and not just theory.
Sample Code
Implementation couldn’t be easier, simply declare the DLL function as a function within your application and call it as though you wrote it yourself. Here’s a sample how to ready the battery level within VB.NET.

You can run the test measuring how long take the battery level to go down for a few % and based on that time the programs calculates how long will take to go from 100% to 0 considering that the battery life vs time is a lineal function
