SoundSeeing Paris Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel - A smaller version of the Arc de Triomphe previously formed the entranceway to the Tuileries Palace. After a large fire in the palace set by revolutionaries, the triumphal arch was the only thing left standing. The information signs by the monument are solely in French. So it is only logical for you to just take a quick look and then walk on further to the Louvre. It’s nice that we can tell you a thing or two?in English!
