Caseload for HanDBase - Database for quick reference of Client information. Created by Case Manager to track Pychiatric Patient Caseload. Also has a useful link to Physician listing (RxClient2) which keeps track of Physicians, and Prescriptions.
This is what I use to keep track of everything that would require me to search for in Clients Chart. Very useful for keeping track of insurance information and up to date medication prescribing.
