DB Scope is a tool for developers that lets you view and modify the contents of a database record, divided into fields formatted according to your specifications. Instead of viewing a record as a string of hex characters or ASCII (including unprintable characters), you can view the record divided into fields, each one formatted in a way that is appropriate for that field, as shown in the screenshot.
