The program applet can be used by patients as well for personal use. Limitations of the application are solely those of HanDBase. Forethought has been taken to facilitate movement between records in a logical fashion on the Palm Pilot. 2. Uses of the program: * Maintain your own medical history and have it available and printable with each and every doctor office visit. * Moms may keep track of immunizations, children's medical history, family medical history, etc. * Geriatric or complex medical patient's can keep track of his or her own medical histories, laboratories, x-rays done, and most of all drugs! * Can be used by office staff to get Past Medical Histories and Review of Systems and then beam the final product to their physician. * Women can keep track of their menstrual history. * Fully compatible with PTDB4U by WinDiSoft, Inc. so that the applet can be integrated with any patient management database. * Password protection possible. * Documentation galore: 22 page Word file, PDF, DocToGo, & iSilo 3.
