Shortcuts Prefs Panel - Users of latest Palm OS devices (Centro/Treo Series, etc.) will note that the shortcuts preferences panel has been covered by default. The functionality however still exists and installing these files will reveal that panel. Please note that both files must be installed.

ScrollBar5 ScrollBar5 slows down the rapid PalmOS 5.x scroll bars to a more usable rate.
ScrollBar5 is a 68k app but is only supported on PalmOS 5.x.
The speed of the scroll bars are configurable but the default values should give the best results for most users.
ScrollBar5 is not needed on the Treo 600 or any device using PalmOS 5.4 or greater
vchrTsm4 Reset Handler vchrTsm4 Reset Handler is an application for users who are using a Japanese version on PalmOS machine, it only runs PalmOS4.0+, but was specially design for OS5.0+ as "haclks" are no longer an option on OS5.
In a Japanese PalmOS machine, the default input method is Japanese, there is no option for user to choose, which maybe un-handy for english base user
