Touch InCall Screen Tweak Touch InCall Screen Tweak - The purpose of the application is to switch on your screen during a call if you don't have it against your ear. This is useful if you need to enter digits for voicemail or telephone banking, etc. The screen will be switched off if the phone is against your ear (since v1.0.10 this includes as you a making a call, as well as during the call)

HTC Enlarge Start Menu HTC Enlarge Start Menu - This enhancement will definitely help those with larger fingers at trying to access the Start menu. The enhanced Start menu will feature larger icons and fonts so it will be finger-friendly.
Just remember to perform a soft reset before using it. A "Large Start Menu" setting option will appear under the Personal tab in Settings
MobileMute MobileMute - MobileMute is a small utility that allows you to mute/unmute phone calls via a hardware button. It will also launch any other program of choice if a call is not in progress (that way your hardware button doesn't get wasted).
Tested on HTC Kaiser, but it can work on other devices. The only problem is that different devices have different button IDs
