Screen Switch is a Pocket PC software that turn off screen of your PDA to save battery. It's very easy to use. Run the program, and the screen will be off. But the PDA is still working. It's useful to play music like mp3. To turn on the screen again, push the power button. Update Description:

AutoLight AutoLight - HTC Topaz (Diamond 2) auto adjust backlight function is a good idea with a not very good implementation. It must be said to HTC excuse that the light sensor is very noisy, especially at low light conditions.
Some alternatives do exist but are not very good or are Compact Framework application (not a very good idea for background application)
disCali disCali - disCali disables the "Align Screen" that pops up whenever you press the middle D-PAD button + Message Button.
Instructions:
1. Install the cab.
2. Run "disCali" form Start Menu > Programs, this will disable the align screen function from your entire device until soft-rest (even from the control panel).
