JFC - JFC (standing for Japanese Flash Card) is a training program for all the English speakers who have started learning Japanese.
The idea behind Flash Cards is to display information on a subject in a random fashion and ask the user for the response. It is a very interesting complement to JPWce, the word processor by the same author, for anyone who is still in the learning phase.
JFC is very featured and really allows you to work and revise. The interface and readability are excellent. It is a shame then that the author did not port the application to Pocket PC (the taskbar sits at the bottom and the menu at the top, contrary to the current standard) but you can't really slight him for that. The options list is impressive.
JFC reuses all the databases from JWPce: besides the 109kb executable, the supplementary memory used depends only on how many card games you have loaded.
