PocketGnuboy PocketGnuboy - This is WAC gnuboyCE, a minor update/enhanced port of the gnuboy CE.
This particular port is based off of Xetra's sources.
These have been updated to the latest 1.0.3 gnuboy sources
WAC gnuboy CE WAC gnuboy CE - The evolution of the gnuboy project is quite difficult to follow due to the free source code. Thus, anybody can bring its own piece. After Damo and Xetra, it seems that new developers have decided to bring some improvements to the code of one of the best GameBoy emulator. Improvements are still minor for now.

Yame Yame - Yame is a multi-console emulator: it emulates on the Pocket PC the Gameboy, Gameboy Color, PC Engine, NES and even SNES.
Let's start with what it doesn't do: SNES emulation is not complete, don't attempt to play Mario Kart on your Pocket PC with this emulator.
Yame is a bit old and retains the menu bar at the top of the screen, as with Windows CE 2.11
ScummVM ScummVM is a program which allows you to run certain classic graphical point-and-click adventure games, provided you already have their data files. The clever part about this: ScummVM just replaces the executables shipped with the game, allowing you to play them on systems for which they were never designed!

PocketClive PocketClive - PocketClive is a PocketPC ZX emulator worthy of its name.
The emulation is perfect with many options including your choice of ZX type (48 or 128). The sound is not emulated yet, and the rom type is limited to 2 (sna and z80) but check back often the author updates this regularly
ComeBack 64 ComeBack 64 - Thanks to this emulator the mythical machine, the Commodore 64, comes back to life.
The emulator is well done, except for the sound. There are lots of configuration options. And, of course, a huge software library

FPSEce FPSEce is a PlayStation emulator for Windows Mobile devices. The name means First PlayStation Emulator for Windows CE (which now is called Windows Mobile)
