DialerShortcuter allows you to create and manage dialer shortcuts with the built in file explorer. When you create a new contact entry a windows shortcut is created in the current folder. Tap on the shortcut to start the dialer. You can also send/receive links via Bluetooth.

Why free? I needed a program like this, and it turned out I had to pay. I agree you should pay for complex software, but it takes less than a day for something like this
