Wardive Here's probably one of the most ingenious DS homebrew games ever. Wardive v1.1 reads from WiFi signals that are near you and translates that into gameplay objects! Check out the description from the author:
wardive captures the wlans in the immediate area like a wardrive-tool and creates a game
WiFi Transfer I came across this little program that allows you to transfer a file from a computer to the DS and execute the application right away, but it only works if the application is written in Java. The program has 7 releases with the latest being V 0.7, It has been tested on the GBAmp but should apparently work on some flashcards, possibly even the M3
WiFi Setup App This download contains El Hobito's WiFi Setup App v0.2's Binary and Source files. This is "a series of methods which allow the simple implementation and initialisation of wifi on the nintendo ds platform
WFCStatus 1.3.5.1 Isn't it a drag sometimes when you view sites with an uber number of pictures in them? It almost takes forever sometimes(in the Net, a few seconds lasts like an hour or so). Well, Kevin has created a program for those who want their info fast and clear cut without all the pretty pictureque ads in the background. Enter WFCStatus. He's on ver. 1.3.5.1 now
WFCStatus 1.3.4 For people in using Nintendo's Wi-Fi connection, you'll be able to know who's on leaderboard and almost any activity related to gaming. However, the program seems to be leaning more towards Metroid Prime Hunters, as it has added info regarding the players' faves, the top 10, ability to view Hunter's License, and have a full Hunter's license
This might not be all that important to you if you're just interested in homebrew games, but if you're a homebrew developer, a WiFi bootloader is news because using a WiFi bootloader can be simpler than swapping flashcarts and writing to them
WiFi PenChatClient ver 0.1 Infantile Paralysiser has come out with PenChatClient ver 0.1. And so soon after working on MoonShell, WiFi Bootloader, and SNTP Client!MoonShell was a good homebrew that a lot of people found useful, and we'll see where this new project will go
WFCStatus 1.3.9 Kevin's here to treat us again for another sweeping version of his nifty app. WFCStatus has just been boosted to v 1.3.9, along with it more features for our Nintendo's Wi-Fi connection (yep, that's what WFC stands for Dexter) status viewer
WFCStatus You lucky guys! A few days after releasing 1.3.9, Kevin's come up with WFCStatus v1.3.10 already, with some minor tweaks and a rather big update if you're into homebrew. Version 1.3.10 has support for an online homebrew game known as OMalone 2.0, so you really have to give the man props for making such a timely update. For those who don't know what OMalone 2
