Tabbed Tabbed No messing round here, because I've got something huge. It's a drum machine. I always fancied jamming along to some slick beats, throwing a few chords around, climbing the fretboard in a frenzy of off the wall improvisation, but I never really got round to it because the whole effort sounds empty without a backing beat
NitroTracker NitroTracker It's been a while since we had any news about _0xtob's NitroTracker app, so this new release should prove enjoyable to fans of the homebrew music creator for the Nintendo DS.This latest release bumps NitroTracker up to version 0.4. It includes support for loops, drawable volume envelopes, and multi-sample instruments
Jazzier Suite Jazzier Suite from Gaz: Jazzier Suite, is a new project I am working on for the Nintendo DS. The program will aid musicians in improving their ability to recognise pitch, read music and to stabilise timing, as not to speed up or slow down whilst playing songs. There will also be a number of tools implemented to help aid in composition and performance
myPiano myPiano Hi! I doubt I'll get anywhere with this or win anything, but this is my piano application. It can play 5 octaves of notes (61) and can be used on the go for piano playing
Jazzier Suite Jazzier Suite Update notes:-
* Included a Notation Trainer to aid in learning to site-read music.
* Improvements to the metronome.
* Added Main Menu.
* Updated Graphics.
I have also been working on a way to save stats for each exercise. This will be daily stats which can be saved onto the DS, and I may enable the software so users can store their progress online
MIDI-Jammer MIDI-Jammer This is a program I wrote for the Nintendo DS, based off of the DSMI library by 0xtob. To sum it up, it turns your DS into a musical instrument
DSMetronome DSMetronome It is a metronome. For those who don't know about, it's a tool to help practicising music.
I haven't seen any on DS. Since I think it's something very suitable for a DS I decided to build one by myself.
The key features are:
- A sequencer with nice drum kit elements which you can activate/deactivate to make part of your own custom rythm
AmplituDS AmplituDS Several months ago, DS homebrew developer Dark Knight released a game titled AmplituDS. The game is a DS adaptation of Harmonix's Amplitude music game for the PS2. The author's just announced that AmplituDS has been updated, and is now bumped up version three
