ultimax has released a re-written version of his program PSP Background Creator released last May. With this program, you can create wallpapers for your PSP via Windows. The wallpaper you've created will be saved as a bitmage image which you'll be able to copy using Flashmod or any other similar app to your PSP.
This new version of the PSP Background Creator will be much easier to use as ultimax has lessened the use of sprites and has made sure this version is bug-free. (Hopefully, the latter's true.) The file size has also been reduced by over 300kb and it now has a better GUI. Check it out to see if it's working better now.
