VocalImporter - allows you to import a wave sound file and change the playback speed and record to a new file with speed settings (1-200%) of the wave file speed. Select 'New' from the toolbar and select the wave file to import and select the playback speed. The program will record the new wave file in the current folder
VocalExporter - allows you to compose wave sound files with custom speed setting. Select 'New' from the toolbar to open the exporter. Tap the button to record your voice and tap again to stop. You can select the speed of the sound file (1-200%) and tap the 'Export' button to playback and record the new voice
TTSExplorer is a TTS (Text to Speech) engine that works in a file explorer interface. Select the folder where you have the text files and tap on the text file to convert to voice. The program keeps the PocketPC power 'alive' when playing and also allows you to turn off the backlight when playing. The TTS service is provided by Google
