If use touchscreen device (WM Professional Edition), just use CAB file.
Download GCzII_XXX.cab & GCzII_XXX_STD.zip both files.
1) Install GCzII_xxxx.cab
2) Unzip GCzII_xxxx_STD.zip
3) Copy GCzII_STD.exe to GCzII.exe installed folder
