T9Editor is a Pocket PC application for modifying the T9 dictionary for PhonePad which is preinstalled in several HTC devices.
Usage Notes
Type a new word in the textbox and press the 'Add' button to add this new word.
You can also select an existing word in the list and edit the word in the textbox. Simply press the 'Edit' button to confirm the changes
TPalEditor is a tool for modifying the dictionary used by CooTek's TouchPal.

DictionaryMemorizer - This program allows you to select a dictionary file composed with the PocketPC DictionaryPublisher and creates a calendar with a new word for each day.

VocabularyBuilder - This program can be used to enter a daily word that you get from the dictionary. Each day enter a new word and make an export file at the end of the month.

DailyVocabulary - This program has 1,340 vocabulary building words and definitions. Each day select a new word and use it 3 times during the day. The program tracks your vocabulary via the calendar.

DictionaryViewer - This program allows you to view .dc files that were created with the DictionaryComposer program. NOTE: This program will not write to the file.

DictionaryComposer - This program allows you to compose dictionary files. You can add/edit the dictionary files. The search feature is binary. You can also export your created dictionary.
