ShaPlus Mobile Info - This is a freeware to find the location (Region/state) and cellular operator of any given Mobile number (Indian numbers only). Mobile number can be either entered (at least first 4 digits) or can be selected from the mobile's contacts list.
This is an offline application, no need of internet connection(GPRS) to function

When you enter a Tweet with a http URL the program converts the URL into a is.gd code and replaces the URL text in your Tweet with the code. The URL shortener service is from is.gd and the Tweet service is from Twitter
