PDFJPGCamera - PDFJPGCamera converts pictures from your camera into PDF files in real time. Set the folder where your PocketPC camera stores the pictures and when the program detects a new JPEG image in the folder the program will allow you to name the PDF file and will create a PDF file with the picture as the image. DrawingBook - This program allows you to draw colour pictures. You can save/load your drawings. The drawings are saved in an ultra compact vector file format.
