LnkMgr is a link creator and editor for the Pocket PC. It allows a user to effortlessly create and categorize links in the Start Menu folder.
Usage
< p > is the Programs folder located in StartMenu
If nothing is specified it will go into the StartMenu
To Create a Link: Simply change the category in the category dropdown to another category

WinXplore is a simple tool that allows you to manage special folders (e.g. "/Windows/Rings") in a quick and convenient way.
Usage Notes
1. Select a Folder from the dropdown menu to navigate to a certain folder.
2. Tap & hold in the listbox or use the "Tools" menu to manage the folder
