SatCE is a satellite tracking application. To correctly predict the satellite position you need fresh tle data (not more than 5 days old)!!! Also the accurate location lat and lon (this can be taken from GPS) and time. The UTC time is taken from Windows CE system therefore set apposite time zone in settings.
