The app stores the notes on the SD card. Saved notes can be opened and edited at any time. The notes are standard .txt files and can be viewed with any text editor
KeyboardDiary - KeyboardDiary is a diary composer and viewer for Windows Mobile. It allows you to easily type your text using a landscape keyboard.
Diary entries are stored in dated text files in the 'KeyboardDiary' folder on your device. They can be viewed and edited at any time from a calendar interface
InkFolderer - InkFolderer lets you create, view and edit ink notes on your Windows Mobile device. The app stores the notes on the SD card in the standard WindowsCE PWI ink note file format.
Choose 'New' from the toolbar to create a new ink note. Existing notes can be opened for editing by tapping on them

When the phone rings the app will create a sub-folder with the Caller-ID as the name and a Pocket Office note that you can edit. You can also browse the sub-folders and view/edit the notes.
