HTC Touch - Fix for Windows Live Messenger for French version - If contacts appear as offline in Windows Live Messenger even though they are online, download this fix (.exe file) and install it on your device to solve the problem.
Note: Only the 18125.0.2.3 OS build and earlier versions have this problem and need to be installed with the hot fix
