FiOS Mobile Remote turns your mobile device into a remote control for FiOS TV (HD set-top boxes only)
Use RemotePC on your iPhone/iPod Touch to remotely access your Windows/Mac computer from anywhere over the internet. Connect to your remote office or home computers and work on documents including emails and applications.

Sekur for iPhone/iPad - Sekur allows you to view live and recorded video from your Sekur cameras on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. The video is streamed to your iOS device over the wireless network.
You can also use Pan, Tilt and Zoom controls, and turn on the light on supported cameras. In addition, you can save snapshots captured by the webcam to your device
Philips Hue for iPhone/iPad - Philips Hue allows you to control all the Philips hue bulbs in your home from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. You can use the app to remotely turn the lights on or off.
