GasUpLogger is a nice little program that lets you follow and record your vehicles' fuel consumption. All you have to do is enter the mileage/kilometer reading and the amount of fuel.
The program is very well constructed, and does not calculate averages unless one fills up the tank. Makes sense.
It records data in files that can be exported in CSV format
GMaH Calculator - This program calculates how much you need to pay for gas, water and electricity bill. Enter billing rates, counter values of preview and current monthes and get amount to be paid. Program has also hebrew interface
GVW EuroCalc allows you to convert from the Euro to all Euro currencies and vice versa. You can also convert from any Euro currency to any other Euro currency. You can paste or copy amounts from and to the clipboard, this can even happen fully automatically
HandWallet is an old acquaintance among financial management programs. In its basic freeware version, limited to 3 accounts, it's an excellent tool for personal account management. If you ignore Microsoft's Money, not distributed in all languages, it's even the only freeware program of this quality that I'm aware of
