AutoLock (BlackBerry) - automatically locks the BlackBerry keyboard after the backlight turns off. It optionally waits a configurable delay after the backlight shuts before locking the keys.
To enable/disable or set the delay, go to Options->AutoLock
BerryTweak - will automatically lock the screen and keyboard during phone calls to prevent accidental input. BerryTweak will also vibrate on key phone events so you can be sure you started or ended a call.
