Mobile25 is a mapping application. It was meant to be used on our geocaching trips. The maps are stored as compressed bitmaps on memory card and e.g. the 1:100.000 (TOP100) and 1:25.000 (TOP25) maps of Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany together require about 700MB of memory card space.
Mobile25 supports bluetooth GPS devices and can display the current GPS position on the map
Path2KML - This freeware application will connect your mobile with a GPS receiver to collect location data from it. All coordinates (points) received from the GPS device will be saved to a file of your choice on a memory card. The path consisting of these points is saved in the KML format, which is easily readable e.g. by Google Earth

Russian Detailed City Maps for HandMap - This set of maps represent high detailed maps of the largest Russian cities (Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Nizhniy Novgorod). In addition to streets, parks and rivers there are buildings with addresses displayed.
There are two sets of these maps
SMRT Map v2008-This map has a complete makeover over the previous versions. Its now easier on the eyes and I have enhanced the map in a way that the station numbers and names does not confuse the user.
I have include all the future lines in this map, including the Circle Line, Bukit Timah Ext., Eastern Regional Line, Downtown Ext. and Boon Lay Ext
Spot Viewer for Palm is a tool, implemented in J2ME, to communicate with OGC conform WMS servers and display the requested maps.
It is designed to be run on ultramobile devices like mobile phones and PDAs.
It provides you maps or satellite images, GPX/LOC file import, waypoint and POI management
