TealDesktop - Launch applications with TealDesktop, the themed replacement for the standard system launcher screen.

FM Launcher FM Launcher allows the user to select up to 16 applications that can quickly be launched by using the lower four hard buttons.
Using the Setup screen, select the 16 apps for launch.
From then on, when FM Launcher is run (try mapping it to the Calculator silkscreen icon), the four hard buttons will be remapped to the first four apps selected
DAList DAList - lists all your Desk Accessories and lets you launch one (or you can exit by tapping outside the list).
While normally DAs are meant to be launched on top of other applications, there may be times when one just wants to run a DA as if it were a normal application, and DA List is the solution
