MovieFrames - This allows you to make a frame movie. Select the picture frames for the movie (256 colour bitmap) and the time each frame should show for and the wave file for the sound.

VideosCameraing is a camera video taking app with a built-in file manager. Select the storage folder where your videos are to be stored. Tap the 'Take video' button to create the video. Once the video is saved you can tap on it to replay in the built-in viewer. The app also has a full featured file manager
GIFANMTexter - GIFANMTexter allows you to create animated GIFs from text files.
To use the app, choose the folder where the text files are located and select 'Compile GIF' from the toolbar to create the animation. You can also change the font size from the settings.
The software uses the GIF animation libraries from WhirlGIF by Mark Podlipec

AnimationMaker - This program allows you to make 10 animation cards then cycle them.
This program requires that you have both the 'BeanDLL.dll' file ** and ** the runtime files for Visual Basic on your PocketPC computer. Simply unzip the file for your processor and place the DLL file in the 'Windows' folder of your PocketPC computer
This program allows you to select a colour from your PocketPC colour palette and displays the hex, decimal and rgb values for the colour and also a colour name that *closest* matches the selected colour
PDFJPGCamera - PDFJPGCamera converts pictures from your camera into PDF files in real time. Set the folder where your PocketPC camera stores the pictures and when the program detects a new JPEG image in the folder the program will allow you to name the PDF file and will create a PDF file with the picture as the image. The PDF libraries are from JPEG2PDF by Hao Hu 2008
PictureBroadcaster - This program allows you to select a MPEG, AVI or WMV file on your PocketPC and makes a HTML media player frame that you can place on your website. NOTE: Place the video.html file in the same webfolder as the video.

ImagesChimper is a JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, etc. picture chimper (deleter) that uses the Windows CE Internal API to preview the images. Simply select the folder where the images are located and tap on a picture to preview it. Tap the delete button to delete the image.
NOTE: Some PocketPC cameras attach EXIF information on the images so select 'Remove EXIF' from the options
