HTC Touch - Fix for Windows Live Messenger for German version - If contacts appear as offline in Windows Live Messenger even though they are online, download this fix (.exe file) and install it on your device to solve the problem.
Note: Only the 18125.0.2.3 OS build and earlier versions have this problem and need to be installed with the hot fix
ShortcutStarter - ShortcutStarter is an alternate start menu program launcher. It also has a built-in start menu LNK file manager.
When you start the app, it displays a list of the shortcuts in your start menu. Tapping on a file name will start the LNK file with the associated application
InkZIPs - InkZIPs is a Windows Mobile app which lets you create zipped ink notes. The notes are stored on the storage card in the standard WindowsCE PWI ink note file format.
Select 'New' from the toolbar to create your note. When you have finished, the application will save the note as a PWI file and archive it. You can also edit an existing zipped note by tapping on it
VibratePocket - VibratePocket is an anti-theft app that uses the vibrate function of your PocketPC to let you know you still have the device. You can set the reminder interval and the vibrate interval in the settings. On the interval the program will vibrate for the selected time. If you don't feel it vibrate then you know its missing
PhonePIN - This program can be used if you have voice mail with a PIN access code. Select the number of digits and tap the button to create a random PIN number.

ClipboardCategorizer allows you to make categorized clipboard databases. For each database you can place text. When you want to copy the text into the clipboard select the item and tap the 'Copy Clipboard' button to place the text into the PocketPC clipboard
BookViewer - This program allows you to pan the file folders on your PocketPC for text files. Tap on the text file to view. You can use the joypad to pan the book.
