Prx Flasher Edition
Forum member deadzone has released an English version of PrxFlasher, a new homebrew app that lets you change what applications launch from your PSP's XMB, over on our PSP Development forums. PrxFlasher has only been tested in 3.03 OE. Also, this app modifies your PSP's Flash0 so be very careful when using it
PRX Installer
There's a new homebrew coder on the scene, and his name is AceHack. AceHack recently dropped by our forums to announce his very first PSP homebrew: PRX Installer v0.1. PRX Installer is a Windows program designed to let users install PRXs for their firmware.

kingofalleet tells us that Eiffel56 announced the PRX Loader for 2.71 SE over at the German Portable News forums. Now because of the intricacies of translation from German to English by weblator, we can't tell if this was from before or after he bricked his PSP from before (for no apparent reason)
PRX Manager
There were probably a bunch of satisfied people who found themselves using WeeJeWel's wonderful application called PRX Manager. Well, WeeJeWel has released PRX Manager v1.5, adding some extras into the mix for faitful users of his program.
For those who haven't heard of it, PRX Manager is an application that automatically copies PRX files you open
