ADePSP has just released his uber-simple homebrew app for the PSP which makes copying files and folders onto a PSP a lot easier. All you'll have to do is place the target files in the MS_ROOT folder and distribute with the Install.exe.
Once connectied, this app will automatically detect the PSP so that all you'll have to do is click the Install button
