The prolific homebrew developer Red_Squirrel (also the creator of Time Machine Configurator and CTF Manager) has just informed us that version 3.3 of RSPsar Dumper for the PlayStation Portable has been released. This version though was not made by Red_Squirrel but by the the Shadow's dev of PSPGEN
