Art's released X-Flash v18h, and fans of the custom firmware we like to call "3.03 Oh Yeah!" will be pleased at this latest version. The most notable addition to the X-Flash changelog has to be that v18h supports 3.03 OE-A, which means that custom users can mess around with their PSP just like they used to before they made the switch. It was originally developed for Art's (the developer) personal use, but has been expanded into the most accepted firmware modification application for the Playstation Portable
