UniDec - Unicode strings can appear on your Palm after receiving vCards and other information from PocketPC or Symbian devices or mobile phones where Unicode is a default character encoding. For the first half of single-byte codepage (first 127 characters) UTF-8 encoded Unicode strings look the same as the ASCII strings
