Distance by Hans - Distance computes the geodesic distance between two points on the surface of the Earth to an accuracy of about ±50 meters.
What's New in This Release:

· Display of calculated distances to .0001 accuracy
Earth&Sun - It also displays:
- The latitude and longitude of an Earth location.
- The time zone at that location, based on only longitude not civil boundaries.
- The current time at that location based on the above time zone.
- The sunrise and sunset times, and day length at that location.
- Distance between two locations on the earth surface
Earth&Sun Color is a color version of Earth&Sun.
It runs on color handhelds with Palm OS v3.5 and greater.
For monochrome handhelds use Earth&Sun available on this website.
The Earth&Sun program shows the Sun Illuminated area of the Earth with 1X, 2X and 4X maps of the earth.
It also displays:
- The latitude and longitude of an Earth location
EarthTime - This program graphically shows world time zones and their corresponding times. Just tap on the map to see the time in that part of the world.
A list of three cities at the bottom of the screen can be customized to any city from the list provided. This list can also be updated using a PC program provided.
You can use the program in two modes
ERP Rates - simple database of road charges for those driving in Singapore.
Sorted by location and time and based on the latest updates (as at 20.11.00) from the Land Transport Authority.
