DST Panel is a system preference panel which automates time change at the begin and end of daylight saving time (aka summer time).
DST Panel is an application and does not patch any system trap (unlike a hackmaster hack). It runs on any Palm device with at least PalmOS 2.0 (including PalmOS 3.5)
