E-Mail Conduit Update - This update is intended for current Palm Desktop 3.x software users who have experienced problems with HotSync synchronization with e-mail.
This update corrects three types of problems that affect certain users:
When synchronizing with an enterprise-class mail system (such as Microsoft Exchange), the performance of the conduit has been improved
File Uploader is a solution to store any PC files on Palm. Forget floppies, CD-RW, or any type of storage device. Just drag the files on Windows application provided and sync your Palm. Now, just connect the Palm on destination computer, sync again, and you have your files
SyncLoader - smartInput is a new data exchange tool.
Easy data exchange for all 4 built-in databases:
- Appointments
- Addresses
- ToDos and
- Memos
Easy to use:
User A uses SyncLoader to export the records in a category (of one of the 4 built-in databases)
FastSyncFree - This is a simple app that starts the Hotsync process, not requiring any user input. You can map a hard button to this, and it will function as a HotSync button.
This is especially useful if your handheld does not have a cradle, such as the palmOne Zire31.
Now includes FastSync Remote, which is the same as FastSync, except it does remote syncs
ClipMe is a tool which will speed up the communication between your Windows host and your Palm handheld.
ClipMe simplifies the creation of Palm memos on your Windows PC extremely- just copy the clipboard content into the desired memo category and you are done!
The next hotsync will transfer the memo data unto your Palm handheld
HS2Edit is an Excel workbook that allows you to edit HandyShopper databases on your desktop. It requires Excel, naturally, and will work on both Windows and Mac computers. There is simply no quicker way to perform mass edits of HandyShopper lists than with HS2Edit, and HS2Edit is the ONLY way to edit HandyShopper databases on a Mac desktop
